Too Little Trees Announces New Line of Stationery Products

For Every Purchase Made a Tree Will Be Planted

By Erin Hansen

tlt72TooLittleTrees (TLT), a division of Flower Pot Press, is launching a new product line of gift stationery and paper products that takes eco-friendly to a new level. This more than recycling: when you buy a TooLittleTrees product, they’ll plant an actual tree.

When it comes to “living green,” many consumers try to purchase products that have been produced with little impact on our planet and fellow humans. TooLittleTrees offers the buyer a product that will actually give back. A tree will be planted for every product sold ~ whether notepaper, small magnetic notebook, magnetic shopping list or journal.

According to company CEO Anne Hayes, “TooLittleTrees offers consumers a way to purchase environmentally-friendly products and give back to the environment at the same time. By planting a tree for each product sold, we can begin to remove the carbon footprint left by traditional paper manufacturing. Our hope is to serve as an example to other businesses ~ that green business practices do make a difference for our customers, our planet, and ultimately our future.”

The initial range of products released by TooLittleTrees are all designed by award-winning artist Lisa Sanders. Lisa has created themed product clusters around various color and design pallets that allow fans of the line to collect a range of items that complement each other.  “Each of the four themes, capture an element of my approach to painting.  The combination of drawing and layering of color give a fresh, original look to each of the final designs.  I was inspired to create these socially conscious products as mini works of art that will also serve a very practical function in our every day lives,” says Lisa Sanders.
